Reservations
It is highly recommended to make reservations to get the most accurate quotation, most especially during high season. There is no commitment on your part to purchase and we do not require payment information to hold a reservation, all we need are complete names of the person(s) traveling.  Generally, a reservation can be held up to as much as 7 days from the date it was reserved, after which it will automatically get cancelled if you decide not to purchase it.

How much in advance should I make a reservation?
Depending on your destination, the airline, your travel requirements, etc. Each situation is different. Majority of our "negotiated" fares do not require advance purchase, you can practically buy today and fly tomorrow, as long as seats are available based on our contract inventory.  Occasionally, the airlines or tour operators will release promotional fares that requires immediate purchase for future travel dates, which of course will have to be observed to avail of it.  Other factors like: payment processing, if you can't pay by creditcard, how soon will your payment reach us?;  mailing/delivery timeframe for us to send your travel documents to you, if electronic ticket is not applicable. For high and especially for peak seasons, it is best that you make your travel arrangements as early as possible, about 3 months before your planned departure dates to secure seat availability.

Will I get a refund if the fares go down after I have purchased my ticket?
No.  Just the same as you will not be paying more if the fares go up after you have purchased your ticket. However, if the ticket you purchased is refundable, then you may consider returning it for refund and purchase the new low fare.  Just make sure that it will still worth it after considering the penalty and other fees that might involved in returning the old ticket.

Can I extend my ticketing deadline?
Very rare and very few airlines will allow extensions on ticketing deadline. Most of the time, we have to start fresh from the beginning, hopefully, the seats will still be available.

Do you book hotels anywhere?
Yes we do.

When is the best time to travel to get the best deal?
Depending on the destination you want to go to.  Avoid the high and peak seasons, which varies as well.  The simplest way to think of high season is to think of holidays and school breaks, both of your origin and destination cities.  Some cities have additional "traffic seasons", like Las Vegas for example, also has "convention season" which can make availability really tight and the fares higher than usual.

Baggage Allowance
 Standard allowance per person for either domestic or international travel 2 pieces of checked-in baggage and 1 carry on baggage for free. 

Carry on baggage
 Please do not risk of bringing more than 1 piece of handcarry.  Although a lot of airlines are lenient and a lot of times let you get away with it, they can still strictly impose the rule, which in the end may cost you a lot of money and a lot of inconvenience. In addition, every airline have different weight and size requirements for carry-ons.
 
Checked baggage
 Majority still allow maximum weight of 70 lbs., 62" maximum total dimension per checked-in baggage.  However, upgrades on aircrafts, and additional security measures has forced a lot of airlines to revise this allowance, and now varies widely.  Please contact the airlines directly for the most updated information.

Seat Assignment/Request
 We can input your request for seat preference.  Please take note however that the majority of the airlines do not allow pre-assignment of seats for economy class, and although a few others do allow it, such arrangement can still be changed if you arrived later than the required advanced check-in time.

Meal Request
 Yes you can request special meals to meet your diet.  Just the same, it is a request which the airline will try to accomodate subject to availability.

Does "Food for Purchase" mean they will not serve food unless we pay for it?
 "Food for Purchase" means they have alternative menu (they call it "gourmet") for sale of course.  If you can't stand any more of the free standard airline menu.

Bassinet for infant
 It is a complimentary service from the airlines to provide bassinet upon request for your infant.  Please note that it may not be comfortable for infants over 1 year of age or for baby's bigger than their age.

Wheelchair Assistance
 This is a great service that is also complimentary from the airlines, especially for those connections that requires long walks in between. Some airlines though will require additional information regarding the traveler's condition before granting this request.
