back to FAQ

Why do I have to fax an authorization form?
For both our and your own protection, we require on your first transaction with us that we have your proof of identification on file, and most importantly, proof of creditcard ownership.  If you do not feel comfortable about faxing your authorization and proof of ID, you may still pay by creditcard using
paypal..

back to FAQ

Can I just phone in my creditcard information?
You may phone in your creditcard information if this is not your first time to purchase your ticket from us and we already have your creditcard and identification on file. However, if you are purchasing the ticket other than for yourself or immediate family member, you will always have to fax an authorization form to us.

back to FAQ

What is electronic ticketing?
An E-Ticket (electronic ticket) is the industry's
idea for convenient traveling. Also called "paperless ticket", it is one less thing to worry about when you prepare your "to bring" checklist. Just don't forget your confirmation number, booking reference/record locator, and a government issued ID (and/or passport for international travel). You don't have to worry about misplacing or losing your ticket with E-Ticket. The traditional paper ticket if lost, requires a replacement which involves a penalty(about$75.00 US and above per ticket) and the processing can sometimes be too tedious. Unfortunately, not all airlines participate in the paperless ticket program (just yet).

back to FAQ

Can I still get paper tickets?
Not all airlines have participated in airline ticketing just yet, so definitely you will still receive paper tickets. For those airlines that requires paper ticketing, you can still request for a paper ticket.  However, there will be additional charge that starts from $50, depending on which airline.

back to FAQ

Will oneway ticket save me more money?
Only if you do not really need a return trip or if your complete travel will be for more than 1 year.

back to FAQ

Are all your tickets non-refundable?
No.  A lot of our tickets are still refundable, with penalty and fees for processing of course.  Please take note though that the lowest fares are usually the most restricted, so if you see yourself having a possibility of cancelling your flight in the near future, just let us know.  We can be able to offer you the next fare for the same airline with less restrictions, and sometimes for just a little more few dollars.

back to FAQ

How long is the validity of my ticket?
Validity of a ticket depends on the type of fare used. Travel validity and ticket validity differs. A ticket may be valid or usable within 1 year but only on certain valid dates. Make sure you inquire about the restrictions of your tickets before you purchase them.

Can I purchase tickets for others traveling from another city or another country?
Yes. It is called PTA or Prepaid Ticket Advice. You can make all the arrangements here...from reservations to payments...then the traveler/s will pick up their tickets at the issuing office in another city or another country.

Refunds
Please verify at time of booking of the complete refund/cancellation policy of the requested booking. Each transaction varies, regardless if it was the same airline, or the same travel date, etc. Most transactions has penalties for refunds, and we impose service fees in addition to these penalties. Some transactions require that a penalty be paid in advance before a request for refund be processed and some transactions are non-refundable at all.  Please request this information at time of booking.

back to FAQ

Why is there a service fee for refunds in addition to the airline penalty?
The worst part of our job is we get "recalled" whenever we process refunds.  How would you feel if you have to pay back your last month's paycheck because one transaction backed out? To keep our cost and selling price at minimum, we have to charge the person requesting for refund this fee.  Otherwise, we will not survive.

back to FAQ

How long will it take to process refunds?
It varies widely, depending on airline, transaction type, season, form of payment, etc.  The fastest we experienced was 2 weeks, the longest was 10 months. Soon as we receive all the documents back from you, we forward them directly to the airlines for refund.  Usually, the airlines process their refunds on weekly basis, then if you paid by creditcard, your creditcard company has different cutoff dates which will also affect the refund transaction time.
